I am not sure how to rectify this so any ideas would be useful. We have a storyline block imported into a Rise project and it works as expected. The storyline block is translated into 16 languages for 16 different versions of the Rise module. Each of the Storyline blocks has closed captions enabled with the relevant language. This also works. The issue we are seeing is that no matter what language the storyline block is, the Accessibility control settings are in French. The original creator of the Storyline block is in France so I am wondering if this is the cause, and how do we change is so that the Settings will show in the required languages?

Did you change the player language?
It is built by a French Vendor so I will have to reach out to the vendor to change the player language for each export of the different languages.
Do they have the file? Don’t let them charge you more that is basic when doing translations
