Unable to preview/review a Rise course which was shared to me

Hi everyone, a Rise course was recently shared to me by the owner who has since left our organisation. For some reason I can't preview or review Rise courses she's created. Preview just 'loads' indefinitely, and attempting to review gives me an error message, "Something went wrong
There was an error publishing your course. Please try again."

Publishing works fine, its only review and preview. 

Has anybody encountered this before and can assist?
