From your screenshot, it looks like the .xlf file correctly appears in your Downloads folder. However, when you click the file to open it, you see this error. Is that right?
Hi Sille! Can you tell us more about what happens when you export the XLIFF file from Rise 360? When you try to open the resulting .xlf file on your computer, and do you hit an error message?
