This Rise 360 demo shows how you can create a helpful reference guide that includes interactive exercises that challenge learners. It also shows how you can include custom interactivity using the Storyline 360 block.
Thank you Melissa for sharing. It looks really great.
I would like to ask you about the heart bar, did you use different states for that, or there is a "bar" feature in Storyline?
Thanks again!
The health bar is a web object that can change to any percent you want it to via a trigger to adjust the variable. I'll have to share the files at some point in case anyone wants to reuse them for progress meters etc.
Hi Tina.
In edit mode for the module, hover over your image block and in the top left you will see two buttons: 'Image & Text' and 'Edit'. Click 'Edit' and you will see 2 tabs: 'Content' and 'Settings'. Choose 'Settings' and you will see a few display options including the 'Background Colour'.
If you know the HEX code for your colour you can simply key it in. To choose a colour directly from the setting click the checkered box and it will open the colour palette.
Hope this helps.
How did you make that little heart beat? I tried a similar effect, and I had to put the graphic in timeline a bunch of times to make it look like a signal emitting.
Echoing the raves about the quiz!
I specifically enjoyed the sounds in the quiz (even though I typically shy away from them) and the summary using pictures rather than numbers as reference for right/wrong answers.
Thanks for sharing!!
I agree on the sound. I think if I had to redo it I would remove the background music on the first screen, it's a bit jarring. I kept going back and forth on the other sound effects. I think for my next game I may not add any.
