I have twelve years of professional experience as a instructor, trainer, and leadership development supervisor. I currenlty supervisor a management development program and train management on best practices. Prior to my three years with Osage Casino I worked in the public school system as a science instructor for nine years. While working full time I worked to obtain a Master of Business Administration degree and have gained numerous training ceritifications for such products as Franklin Covey.
