I grew up wanting to be an elementary teacher. Somehow I got distracted from that goal and through work experiences found that I loved "business." Eventually, I recognized the need for formalized training in our growing organization (1997 - approximately 30 employees) and started developing and delivering training. In the past 18 months we have been making the transition from all classroom to some e-learning. In addition to employee development, I oversee HR and work with customers on revenue generating activities.
