That's what I am afraid of. The credit for the courses in our LMS goes to the presenter or SME. I'd like to be able to add their names to the course without buying a license for them.
Yes, that's what we do. I was hoping for a more elegant solution. I'm going to hack the SCORM package of the next course that I build. I'm pretty sure I can find the location of that value and modify it.
Yes, we need a better option, I am also an instructional designer and never am I the course author. We need the ability to put their name, credentials, photo, link out there on the courses like this - see attachment.
Hello, Anahis. That screenshot is from Rise.com! If you don't already have an LMS and you're looking for a place to host your online training content, give it a try!
Not only is it possible, it makes the cover page somewhat useful. Here is my first stab at a design, this could even be a grid of several authors, showing 2 here in Apex theme:
This uses a snippet of html (its a great time to start learning html and css if you're using Rise). The method uses the way Rise's text editor works natively- just using different styles. I can make a screen recording if anyone wants to see the process.

Hi Galen,
Provided that the person has a paid Articulate 360 account, you can add them as a Collaborator which will allow them to author the course.

Hi Galen!
Could you hide the course author, then add the SME's name in the course description area?

Is there an update to this, our team with Articulate accounts are not the course authors and we need a way to identify them with an image.
Also interested to know if there is any update on this matter.

How did you do this in Rise?
