Video is playing continuously after switching to another browser tab

Hi Team,

I am using the version 3.87.32265.0 of Storyline.

Please confirm whether the issue is fixed or not.

Mentioned in the Articulate forum,  "Fixed: Video content continued to play after switching to another browser tab or minimizing the window.".

But today I noticed the issue, in one of the course - video is playing continuously after opened some other window or minimized the course. 

I checked it in my local and also in the LMS - the same video issue is there.

Please clarify.

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback! Happy to help!

I tested the behavior on my end in the current version of Storyline 360. After publishing to Review 360, as well as LMS, testing with SCORM Cloud, I was unable to reproduce the same issue. Whenever I clicked away from the course window, into a new tab, the audio and video stopped playing.

Do you mind sharing which browsers were used when you encountered this issue? Also, it would be helpful to see your .story file and test it on our side. Feel free to share a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
