Good afternoon all,
Please find attached an example of a working set of slides (albeit very simple). I couldn't find a way to upload a zip so have left it on our server for the time being. I would advise to download the files soon as I don't know how long we'll keep it up there. If Articulate can offer a way to host the files that'd be great.

You'll see that the first slide has a simple set of buttons, each with a value. When you select a radio button, and press "Next", the next slide opens, and a call is made in Ajax to the server, with the score selected by the user passed as a parameter.
At the moment, there's nothing on the server side, but it would be quite easy for your dev team to add a module to grab the info and add it to the Database.
