My students tend to skip the content and go to the test if a navigationally-empowered menu is provided. Therefore, we omit the menus, set up small courses in a curriculum and dictate the order. Subsequent lessons include a brief review (pulled from a Question Pool) at the beginning and 10% of post-test questions are from preceding eLearning content. This enforced review provides fluency of critical knowledge while forcing the overworked to sit through the entire delightful class.
