Though I agree with many of these tips, there is a serious need to provide a way to organize work across a collaborative team. If this exists and I just don't know about it please do share.
We have about 50+ people developing Rise 360 courses across our organization. There does not appear to exist a way to organize these across the entire team. Our only option seems to be to make someone the "librarian" and make sure they are shared as managers on every course. They they become responsible for creating a folder structure and organizing all work in one place.
