This is really good! I can see this from the perspectives of the Instructional Designer, the client, and the Project Manager. What's great though, is that I also can appreciate the way you included Graphic Designers and e-learning developers. Working on a team in a larger company with multiple projects and a diverse "client" base, I can certainly relate.
