Hi, Karen Pizur,
I am using RISE and love the idea of SL block, but I cannot get it to work correctly. I export out of SL360 as an HTML5 file type. Attach the file to my RISE interaction SL block. I open in mobile view and this is the point in which I have issues. In mobile view, I get a image with a play button, then when I select the play button, it opens in a different window. Why?

I also wanted to check that you're inserting the SL Block using the steps here (https://www.articulate.com/support/article/Rise-Use-Storyline-Blocks-to-Embed-Storyline-360-Courses ) vs. linking to a published Storyline file that you've uploaded to your server/LMS. That could explain some of the differences you've seen with how it loads.
The play button is also to be expected to play back the Storyline course within your Rise course.
Let us know if that and Stan's suggestions help - and we can continue troubleshooting if needed!- OsmarLazani7 years agoCommunity MemberHi Ashely,
I am having the same issues. Every Storyline interaction which I publish in Rise, when using cellphones, appears with a play button and once you click, it goes to an extra window.- AshleyT-Pollard7 years agoStaffHi Omar,
The play button is to be expected, and you'll see that the Storyline screen opens over your Rise course. I took a quick screen recording here on my iPhone - https://360.articulate.com/review/content/6374dbf3-4ca2-4709-89d8-2753ca984571/review
