I will also throw this into the mix: Trina states that re: Fair Use images "you can legally use a copyrighted image for personal and educational use, or for the public good." Unless the rules have changed in the last 5 years (when I worked for a K-12 curriculum publisher), her statement is true, but...
"education" refers to public schools, not private or homeschool. It's also limited to classroom-based usage; online schools have different rules (at least in the US).
(And here's another vote for the copyright laws to be updated to reflect the digital world we live in!)
