Thanks for this Alex. While you are correct that the amount of experince a person has should play a role in the rate, the number of projects someone does in a year is not a realistic indicator of experience. I would argue that the complexity, size, and quality of the projects is a better indicator.
Also, I personally don’t think it is ethical to charge more for your work just because you only want to work 20 hours a week.
