Are you sick of spending hours copy-pasting translation edits into your localized courses? Good news: With Articulate Localization, language validation is easier than ever.
That’s because language validators can view and edit translations in the context of the course, alongside the original text. And when they’re done, you can instantly import their changes—eliminating any room for error.
It’s an easy, three-step process. Continue reading to learn how it works.
1. Publish to Review
After you instantly translate your course with Articulate Localization, you can publish all your language versions to Review at once or individually—it’s up to you!
Simply publish to Review as usual and select the languages you want to publish.

2. Request Validation
Once your translated courses are in Review, click the Request Review button on the top right and submit a request just like you do when requesting stakeholder review.
Like course reviewers, language validators don’t need a subscription. All they need is an email address to view and edit your translated course.
The language validator will receive an email with a link to view and edit the course translation in context. They’ll also have easy access to the original course text, so they can make sure that nothing was lost in translation.

3. Import Suggestions
Once your language validator has made changes and approved the translated course, you can review the updates or import their suggestions into your course with a single click.
To do that, simply go back to the course localization window and select Import Updates.
