Are the problems with GIFs solved? Every time I tried to put one into our courses it failed... I even made a post about it 2 months ago and I've been told this: "We've found that GIF frame rate is not respected in SL360, and we've reported this problem to our team. I'll be sure to add your experience to that report, and I'll come back here to give you an update as soon as we've got new information to share!" No update yet since this post!

I'm sorry if this caused confusion! The issue you described with GIF animation still exists in Storyline - but I know a lot of people have been using GIFs in Rise, where they look awesome as they're web based.
We monitor ELH and cases for users impacted by a particular bug, and that helps us prioritize fixes. We've escalated this issue in our team, and we really are trying to do what we can to make a product you LOVE. We'll keep updates about it in the linked ELH discussions such as this one: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/sloppy-and-slow-gif- XavierGodbout8 years agoCommunity MemberThank you for the clarifications!
- ElianPlacci7 years agoCommunity MemberWe're working with gifs and our last problem was they look terrible after we export it.
First, we export it for flash. Then the course stop working, so we need to export them again but for HTML. Result: the gifs are seen in low quality
