Hi David - thanks for sharing. I found this video/quiz example after completing your excellent course in LinkedIn Learn called 'Transform Classroom Training to eLearning' and your encouragement to check out the Articulate weekly challenge section.
Question - no matter what I try, I can't seem to figure out how you made the SUBMIT, CLOSE and REPLAY buttons. I wanted to rename the REPLAY to RETAKE but it just places a text box on top (or below) what appears to be a static button image with the text (yet it is a rectangle not an image). It almost appears that the text and rounded rectangles are grouped together?
I am a real newbie to SL but pretty good at reverse-engineering things, but this one has me stump! 🙃I did figure out how to add a new trigger to the base layer so that the Questions are presented at the cue points in my video (I replaced your video as well) rather than requiring the user to click on the Q1, Q2, Q3 buttons. I didn't want to be dependent on their timing since my video is related to steps in a maintenance process and as the video goes over each step I wanted to stop the video and post a question related to that segment of the video. The way you had it wired up they had a choice of course, but if they wanted to answer say Q1, the video would already be into the next segment. I could prevent this by breaking the video into smaller chunks and placing on separate slide, but was trying to work within the parameters in this example.
Thanks for your explanation on those 3 buttons. Jeff
