Hi Sarah! I'm new to the Articulate community and I'm trying to adapt your template to a self-evaluation with a 5-point scale to each question. So for each question with 3 answering options in your story, I would have to add two further options. Now when I try to add the missing two answering options, this doesn't seem to work. Could you please let me know how to work this? Thank you so much!! Lisa
- Hi Elisabeth! Welcome to the community! As for adding two more answer options to each question slide, you'll need to do a few things. In Form View, you'll want to make sure you add those additional choices. You'll also need to assign points to each of them. On the Results slide, you'll need to figure out the total score of your quiz and determine the different result layers. Depending on how many option you want, you may need to edit or add more layers.
