Enjoyed the piece, helpful article and resources. This may seem like overkill to some and maybe I shouldn't share 3rd party stuff here, but I employ another online tool for project management. I put my team on the tool as well. This allows me to use the template tool in that system to outline the tasks of a project, assign the tasks, track the time actually worked on the project and measure it against projected milestones... all the while tracking the cost of the course development by affixing hourly values to the tasks performed. The tool I use is around $8.00 per person per month... but it helps me monitor scope creep and deadlines. Out of respect for this thread owner, I did not post the name of the Application.
