Example Sharing is already one of the most powerful things that happens in this community—but we want to make it even more powerful. That’s why we’re launching Template Creation Guilds.
What are Template Creation Guilds?
Template Creation Guilds are working groups of 15-25 course creators working in the same industry/niche. Over four weeks, you’ll work together to create a set of around ten core templates tailored to your field. This core template hub will be published here in the community, making it easier for others in your niche to discover templates, connect with peers, and keep building together.
We’re kicking things off with two guilds launching in March:
- Sales Enablement
- Customer Service Training

Who is the right fit?
This opportunity could be a great fit if you:
- Are a Sales Enablement or Customer Service Training professional.
- Are passionate about networking and co-working with peers in your training niche.
- Want to give back to the community while growing your skills.
- Want to build your credibility and authority in your field with an Articulate byline.
Each participant will leave the program having co-authored a template that lives in our core template library. All templates will be reviewed and given copy and design edits by our team of experts, meaning you’ll leave this program with a piece of collateral you’re proud to include in your portfolio.
Note: We will be working with Rise in this program, and will have product experts on hand to help you make the most of the tool. You do not need to be a product expert to join.
What is the time commitment?
This program runs for four weeks, starting the week of March 16th and ending the week of April 6th.
Each Guild will meet for weekly one-hour live working sessions:
- Customer Service Training cohort calls will take place on Tuesdays at 3 pm EST.
- Sales Enablement cohort calls will take place on Thursdays at 1 pm EST.
To participate in the program, we ask that you be able to commit to:
- At least the first and last live working calls, and at least one of the live working calls in between (ideally, you can make it to all four calls!)
- About five additional hours on your own time or with your small group to produce your group’s template
How do I get involved?
This is a pilot program, and we want to make participating as easy and low-lift as possible.

Subject line:
- “Template Guild – Customer Service Training” or
- “Template Guild – Sales Enablement Training”
In the body of your email, include:
- Your current role (title + company)
- A quick note about the most recent customer service or sales enablement training you created (1–2 sentences is perfect)
- Any scheduling constraints we should be aware of
Make sure you send the email from the email address associated with your Articulate account!
We’ll get back to you within a couple of business days, letting you know the next steps.
Note: Each Guild is capped at 25 participants. If we get more interested participants than we can accommodate, we’ll fill spots on a first-come, first-served basis. If we can’t accommodate you in this round, don’t worry—we’ll be planning more programming soon.
