Yup and ditto to everyone! Using these questions and looking for Level Two and Three questions. Level Two are questions we ask the user about their ability to do their tasks as a result of the training content. These questions will be sent 1 to 3 months after completing our tutorials. We are looking for learning transfer. Level Three questions involve soliciting feedback and evaluation from the user's Supervisor and/or functional area(s) about the individual's ability to apply the training content. Level Three questions about sent 5 to 6 months after completing the training.
Essentially, we are putting an evaluation scorecard together to assess our tutorials, the employee's learning transfer and abilities, and how well they perform in our administrative systems. Is anyone doing this? Or, can provide ideas about evaluations. Level One, Two, and Three are taken from Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
