Thank you so much for this article. Many people in urban areas take high-speed digital connectivity for granted but in smaller or remote centres, especially in Northern communities, slick E-Learning is just frustrating and inaccessible.
I agree with Joy and would add that not only is economics a factor. There are still many conservative organizations that will not allow m-learning due to privacy policies, IT policies or management discretion; and there are entire fields - such as construction or mine sites - where staff have to attend training at scheduled times in controlled environments.
