lots of commonsense here Nicole but some aspects don't lend themselves to immediate measurement. Some of the behavioural changes that you hope your courses will support can take some considerable time to be evidenced. I recently completed 3 online courses to help raise awareness of info security. 1500 staff completed them but as I mentioned to the team, ideally you want to measure info security related incidents before and after training and this takes time. Of course there are other variables that can affect this too but the numbers do help provide some form of baseline.
