Welcome to the New E-Learning Heroes

We’re super excited to introduce you to the all-new E-Learning Heroes community platform. Whether you’ve been a community member for years or you’re just looking to join us, there are plenty of new and improved features to love. For example, now you can earn badges for your contributions, connect with other members about specific topics in dedicated groups, and find answers to your questions more easily. 

Check out the video below for a walkthrough of our favorite new features, and let us know what you’re most excited about in the comments!

  • Hi KarlMuller! Thank you for your feedback! The community is still getting up to speed, so we apologize for the slowness. We expect the speed of the site to increase significantly soon. 

    For the email notification, it would be helpful if you could forward it to support@articulate.com. That way, we can see what the links are directed to.

    My first impressions (compared to the previous Community site) is that new one is very slow to load. 

    Also, when I get an email notification that someone responded to one of my posts, the link provided in the email does not go to the reply post as it did in the past (it's a bad link).

      Regarding the email notifications, it’s frustrating when the links don’t take you directly to the replies as expected. This might be a bug or an issue with the way the links are being generated in the new system.

      Also, when heading back via my browser, my account get lost. Working now. : )

    Not seeing the video that is mentioned here but, I also saw a status update that things are taking a little longer than expected. Appreciate all your hard work and excited to learn more about these new features! 🎉

  • Hi, Ginger! Your post says to check out "this video," but I'm not seeing a link for that. 

    BTW, I was going to attach a screenshot, but I'm getting the "Too Many Uploaded Images: You have reached your upload limit of 1,000 images" warning (which I reported during the pilot).

        Thanks, Ginger. FYI: I submitted a case about the upload issue. I hope this gets resolved soon. I have a folder full of images I use when answering oft-asked questions. I'd hate to have to replace each one with 1,000 words (or more). 😆
