Thank you for bringing this to light.
I would separate Training Coordinator from Training Manager. I can understand how a small team may involved wearing many hats but, a coordinator is more involve with day-to-day than the strategic portion which is where the Manager falls (aside from personnel administration). This is because there are many departments out there that do not have a Director.
What about having a Training Analyst? This person would be savvy with the LMS, reporting and business intelligence solutions to provide actionable data to the leadership.
