the gif won't play in the download. Am I doing something wrong?
- Hi Mike. Sorry you're having trouble here. That download includes a video from Content Library 360, but no animated gif. Are you having trouble viewing it when you preview the project from Studio 360 or Storyline 360?
- In my download, there is not a video. It's a picture. Do I have to re download the video from the library?
- Hi Adrienne. You should be able to play the video in preview, although it may appear as a static picture when you're looking at the slide. This video is from Content Library 360 so if it's not working for you, you can try searching for it and reinserting it. I seem to recall I searched "people walking" to find this video. Hope that helps!
