Hi Jacqueline! Sorry it took me a few days to get back to you on this. If you open up the project file and go to the Slide Master for the How-To and Contact slides, just right-click on the X button and select the Edit Hyperlink option to see how the linking works. You should see that these slides are both set to "Previous Slide." That means when the learner clicks that X button to close these slides, it will take them back to whatever slide they were viewing before they clicked the link.
