- MelindaDanielCommunity MemberHello Trina,
I love this template. We are thinking about converting our procedures into a Rise course similar to this. The course would be pretty large as some of our client policy/procedures could be over 100 workflows, which each workflow would be a block or module with screen shots and videos. We would publish as an HTML to load on our internal intranet. I have a few questions and hope you can assist or point me to someone who can.
1. How would this affect the time it would take to load?
2. Is there a search feature within the course we could utilize?
3. We could potentially have 50 to 100 people trying to access the course at one time. Would this affect speed to load?
Any information would be appreciated. Thank you again for sharing the template!! - DanaDinsmore-14Community MemberHi Trina,
Could I get a copy of this template as well as well?- MelindaDanielCommunity MemberHello Dana, If you have Rise 360 and click on the link "send yourself a copy" in the original message, it should open right up for you.
- KatherinePiattiCommunity Memberhi trina, i like how you used the buttons for downloads. but attaching a file does not appear to be one of available destination options. how would or did you use buttons to download files? thank you!
- TrinaRimmerFormer StaffHi Katherine. Personally, I find the attachments block is my go-to choice for providing downloadable resources right in my Rise 360 projects. You could also link to a webpage with downloadable resources using the button block.
- AmyWinklerCommunity MemberTrina,
What a great idea. I have worked on a lot of SOPs in the past and this would give them a fresh look and feel. Could you send me the template too?
Great work! Thank you!- TrinaRimmerFormer StaffHi Amy. Glad you've found this project so inspirational! If you scroll up to the description, you'll see some hyperlinked text reading "Send yourself a copy." Just click on that and it should automatically add a copy of this project to your Rise 360 dashboard!
- ShelbyMorrisCommunity MemberI am late to the party. I don't necessarily need a copy, but would like to know how you created the sections/headers. I have had a hard time finding this option.
Thanks for sharing - your stuff is always so creative. It gives me a fresh perspective when I am in a rut!
