Take some time to go through this course to see if you’re at risk of workplace burnout. Interested in creating a self-assessment like the one in this example? Then download and edit the story file to include in your own Rise 360 course.

Sorry I've missed this - if you still want an editable copy I'm happy to share but need your email address to send from Rise :-)
  • Chris, this is absolutely fantastic! Is there a way you can share an editable version, please? Thank you!

Thanks Helen, the assessment was built in Storyline - it's just one variable which is the total.

Each radio button that is in state "selected" will add a value of 1 to it when the calculate button is used.

The rest works the same way as a results slide that shows passed/failed. One of the feedback fields will have it's state changed depending on the score range when the total is calculated.
  • Chris, great work on this! Have you thought about making this available to the general public? This course would have enormous value for a lot of people who are struggling right now.

Hi Stephen, I don't think I can make a Rise course publicly available from my end from what I can see.

I'm not sure if it is in breach of any community guidelines but you are more than welcome to the course - I can share an editable version or the SCORM package via email.
