Storyline 360: Women in Sports Digital Magazine

I don't know about you, but I always find myself so inspired by digital magazines. The cool ways they make static content spring to life always gives me fresh ideas for my e-learning projects.

That's why I was inspired to create this digital magazine project on the theme of women in sports. It features some stunning images and video from Content Library 360 accented with a bold design theme.

This project uses the Oriel color theme and a custom font theme consisting of the free fonts Gotham SSM Bold for headings and Roboto Slab for body text. You can learn more about using design themes to customize this project by checking out our user guide: Storyline 360: Using Design Themes.

    Hi Trina,

    Thank you so much for sharing this! It's really inspiring and I love how neat it looks!

    I actually have a question about the slide 1.7, when it shows the layers, pictures on the base layer move accordingly to the left, it's so fascinating! But I couldn't figure out how you did the animation, do you mind giving me some guidance around it?

      Hi Kate! Thanks for the lovely feedback.

      On slide 1.7, I used motion path animations to move the image of female athletes. The move trigger is set to start on the timeline for each layer (excluding Serena since she's first in the row, her position doesn't change when you open the layer). When users hit the x button to close each athlete's layer, you're returned to the base layer with the image of female athletes back in its original position. I hope this helps!
