- ETalboyCommunity MemberSo clever. And I remember how a rotary phone works!
- Jonathan_HillSuper HeroThank you! I'm showing my age with this design too 😃
- PatrickFinne459Community MemberAh, I see that now. It's in the ribbon bar, not the timeline. I'm a video editor by profession and the timeline for me usually shows the animation as an "effect." It would be so much more logical, at least to me, if more animations were available that could be triggered rather than only as entrance animations. Even Powerpoint allows that.
Well thanks for the info and for the great learning example!- MariaMatheas-31Community MemberI was looking for it in the timeline too! And the panel on the right hand side with all the triggers. Tricky isn't it.
- MariaMatheas-31Community MemberSo clever! Thank you :-)
- CarlRollinsonCommunity MemberVery well done, love it!
- Norma-Gabrie229Community MemberThis is really cool Jonathan, thanks for sharing!
- PatrickFinne459Community MemberStoryline newbie here! I opened the project but don't see how you did the animation for the rotating dial. Can you explain how you did that?
- Jonathan_HillSuper HeroNo problem Patrick. The rotating dial is part of a group of objects that have a 1 second 'spin' entrance animation. Every time each layer loads, this group of objects spins.
- EFCommunity MemberThank you David - this is nice. Also, thanks for answering Patrick's question as I was thinking the same thing.
- cindyrodericksCommunity MemberThanks, this is very interesting!
