  • Taking crisp, clear screenshots is fairly easy using a tool like Snagit. I have even been able to take very clear screen shots using the Snipping Tool that comes with Windows. You just have to be very careful and capture only the area of the window that you really need, rather than the whole thing. If you do need a whole form like the one in this tutorial, you can screen shot the form in sections and then piece it together using GIMP or Photoshop.

Does anyone know of a way to get the slides in Articulate to appear as portrait instead of landscape? I have a rather lengthy photo that fits better as portrait than as landscape. When I shrink it to the slide, it gets rather scrunched up, and I'm still getting the hang of using the zoom tool. Thank you. : )

      Hi Joy,

Just click on the Design tab and then click on Story Size. From there you can change the width and height of your story to anything you need!
  • Hi Ryan, sorry it isn't my piece. I sent a note to Jackie asking the same thing but no response back yet, she may be a way. If I hear anything i will pass it on.

Hi Jackie, I know this is an old demo but I was hoping you could describe how you created the highlight boxes. Did you create these in Photoshop or directly in Storyline. I would love to do something similar for a course I'm building on completing an assessment form. Many thanks,
