      Thanks, Iyana! I used the Modern Player and edited the background color to match my slide background so it all looked seamless.

    Thanks for the template! When I've changed all the questions and notes so that they are tailored to my project, I still get the printed version/pdf at the end with the original questions and I don't see where to make this change. Thanks!

      Hi Megan, I don't know if it is the best way to do it but I've edited javascript.

      Go to the slide with print icon, find the trigger run or execute javascript, then replace the questions by yours, it works for me
