- EJLeBlanc9 years agoCommunity MemberThank you Jane!
- AlexanderSalas9 years agoCommunity MemberAwesome intro comp EJ and an impressive first ELH Challenge sample.
Welcome to the challenges and I look forward to see more of your creativity.- EJLeBlanc9 years agoCommunity MemberThanks Alexander. Really appreciate your feedback!
- AndrewSellon9 years agoCommunity MemberSweet stuff! I agree with Jane that the Hairy Toe entry is particularly effective. One thing I'd suggest is trying to match sound levels between all the clips; I know that can be tricky, but it would be a nice enhancement to an already nifty sampler. A super self-introduction. Welcome to the Challenges!
- EJLeBlanc9 years agoCommunity MemberThat's really a really good point, Andrew. Thanks for letting me know. I'll see what I can do to modify it: recorded the audio in different climes and places.
Thanks very much for helping me get better!
- DianneHope9 years agoCommunity MemberFantastic entry EJ - I was totally mesmerised by "I love you forever". You have a really engaging tone and style. Your website is also very cool. Welcome to the challenges!
- EJLeBlanc9 years agoCommunity MemberThanks Diane, for the high praise! That was a really good moment, and by far the most fun I had (and my kids had!) in making the challenge.
- PaulAlders9 years agoSuper HeroWelcome to the challenges EJ....I totally agree with Alexander on your first sample. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and sound board. #LoveIt
- EJLeBlanc9 years agoCommunity MemberThank you, Paul!
- LindsayAbbott9 years agoCommunity MemberGood story EJ! And some nice suspense in the voice too. I think you can now afford to commit more to it. By that I mean just project a little more, and I think you'll see a major change. It's always a difficult one, as in voice over, the key is to imagine you're talking to one person, but it's a balancing act between that and being a little more confident. I must admit I haven't listened to the end of the story - I may go back and find out!
- EJLeBlanc9 years agoCommunity MemberThanks for your feedback! I agree I need to project more confidence!
- DanSweigert9 years agoCommunity MemberHey EJ, I really like your graphics, animations, and choice of music on this one. It looks very professional. I also like your "Hairy Toe" sample, nice work!
