Hi, it's me again. All the real projects I'm working on right now seem to be moving at a snails pace so while I'm waiting for various and many people to get back to me I thought I'd do this audio challenge.

- LindsayAbbott9 years agoCommunity MemberHi Nancy - I'm not an E-Learning Designer/Instructional Designer, but I was also impressed by the technology you were using there, with the voices behind the mikes, and how you can still click back and listen seamlessly to your overall narration. Love the voices too!
- VidyaKrishnan9 years agoCommunity MemberAwesome...I am impressed. You have a real talent.
- JackieVanNice9 years agoSuper HeroAhhh... the unpredictable workload of the vendor. Nothing to do but enjoy the unexpected gaps and work triple-time when they all get back to you at once. :)
Love your soundboard, Nancy! I was considering using kid audio in a project this week, and since Ellie Anderson is always booked out for months I was wishing I had your talent for doing kid characters. Silly me - I'd forgotten you use pitch manipulation! Thanks for the reminder. I need to try that.
- DanSweigert9 years agoCommunity MemberHey Nancy, Great hearing the nice variety of character voices you can do.
- MeaghanLister-39 years agoCommunity MemberGreat sampler Nancy. I'd love to learn more about how you use pitch variation to create the different voices. I'm also curious what you did to make the character's mouths move?
- NancyWoinoski9 years agoSuper HeroHI Meaghan. I use a tool called Crazy Talk Pro to animate the characters. I use a free software product called Audacity to record and manipulate my voice. If you use the software you will see there are options to adjust the pitch, tempo etc. I just play around with these settings until I have a sound I am happy with.
