Get to Know Grand Central Terminal, NYC

Cool new feature! I found a 360 of GCT--someplace I knew well from years of commuting into NYC from Connecticut. I used the built-in markers and guided tour options because I wanted to make sure nobody missed the zodiac ceiling or the Oyster Bar. Have a good week!

- Jonathan_Hill4 years agoSuper HeroThis is a great topic and choice of image for this feature Jodi. I've always wanted to visit NYC. So used to seeing Grand Central Terminal in the movies, I was half expecting the Avengers to appear when I scrolled up to look at the zodiac ceiling.
- JodiSansone4 years agoCommunity MemberWell, it would be great for everybody to start travelling someday. I hope you get to visit, and likewise, I would like to visit the UK again. I hope you put Las Vegas on your trip given your affinity for Hunter Thompson. I guess you need to experience Barstow. :)
- TracyCarroll4 years agoCommunity MemberVery cool! I like that you made the images on the tour expandable--it's great to see the detail on that zodiac ceiling.
- JodiSansone4 years agoCommunity MemberThanks for checking it out--that expanding photo is a built-in feature. It's kind of cool. I also like how these markers render in mobile--all the marker panels open up on the right like a layer. One interesting thing is that ceiling used to be complete obscured by dirt and smoke. It was quite amazing to see it unveiled after the restoration.
