The World of Bees (Updated: Added more content)

I wanted to use this as an opportunity to play with creative design styles. I don't often use photography as the main background, but felt that the topic lent itself well to it.
Would love to hear what you guys think.
As mentioned, it's a work in progress but there are two working tab interaction examples.

I love this - it flows wonderfully and is intuitive. It is well organized and I like your use of color. I love how the initial bee information looks like honey flowing from the hive and then each bee's information changes to match the color of the image. What a great idea to have a little super cute bee lead the way through the course - I think that is what makes it intuitive. I didn't notice that he was leading me through the course until I looked at it a second time. I will have to try and think about how I can incorporate a subtle prompt instead of "start here" in my courses. Thanks for sharing it!
