I liked the ability to consult the policy document and scroll through it. I felt like I was over-thinking some of the responses. For example, in the scenario with the three colleagues looking like they were in a heated discussion, I thought I could have gone with "Listen actively" as opposed to "Show Respect".
For that one I put Speak Clearly and Calmly, as opposed to yelling, so I see where you had your issue with that one.
- Thanks Matt and Jodi - the original TV show was just as frustrating sometimes! It it's any help, the answer is always one of the ten bold headings found in every policy document. I've been deliberately obtuse on one or two to force you to read the document.
