When I saw this topic last week I had just come home from a frustrating experience with a sales associate at a place called the Palm Royal Collective here in my town. When I worked in Brand Management we created product comparison sheets all the time to help field sales professionals explain product features and benefits to customers. At PRC I asked the sales associate to explain the difference between 3 different products. I guess I was asking too many questions and he finally said to me "I can't teach you in 10 minutes what it took me 5 years to learn." (Why not? I wondered. :)) So instead of walking out I bought all three (for about $240). I made this job aid to simulate how I might explain the products, based on publicly available information. The 4th slide has the meat of the job aid info, and I used the player frame for a active ingredients and a glossary. Have a great week!
