Here's a brief game-style demo where you can pick your avatar, and then make selections on how to interact with a customer to schedule a consultation appointment. You will be scored on your responses and given results. I based the avatar selection and scoring on one of the examples here on E-Learning Heroes. Love your scenario and chosen lay-out. I think you could drop the arrows pointing to the next buttons. People will get that.
