The graph is really good and I could see using this with some text to explain what was happening that year... I did find that I couldn't work my way back to the start so you might want to look at that.

- Great catch Tristan, thank you for the input. I added some legends which were missing and fixed the navigation issue with one missing State Change. Sorry about the blog, I had the post go-live scheduled for 5 am EST so, no one could have access it before then.
