- Somehow I'm not in the least bit worried about what you'll come up with this week, Jodi. Oh! And you can do anything around instruments. That's why I included the soundboard option.
It's way too early for a sad violin https://giphy.com/explore/sad-violin- JodiSansoneCommunity MemberHahahah! In my family we played soft ball and hockey, no instruments. But I played a lot of records and I just got my concept...while I was getting ready for a Kentucky Derby/Cinco de Mayo party. It involves a Hammond organ and a guiro. Plane travel to tomorrow so you know what will be happening in seat 6D.
- Well that didn't take long... Did you go through your entire 20-step process ( http://bit.ly/20StepProcess )? Or do they all roll up into a single step, now?
I hope I'm lucky enough to fly with you one time. It would be fun to look over your shoulder as you craft your digital magic.
- DanSweigertCommunity MemberJodi, I used to sell kalimbas to tourists at River Street Marketplace in Savannah, GA. I tuned them to the pentatonic scale because each note in that scale harmonizes with the others, so it's impossible to play a "sour" note. I would give them simple tips on how to start playing the instrument as a way of relaxing or meditating. I'm sure most of those folks were not musicians, but once they heard how beautiful it could sound, they all wanted one.
- JodiSansoneCommunity MemberYou're inspiring me to learn an instrument! My siblings and I all tried instruments when we were young, but our dog, a scottish terrier with monster ears, howled whenever we practiced.
