Hi David, I really like your Working Dead! I have your screencast in my files.
I never did a screencast. It's very difficult to me to record the voice, the result is terrible. Thanks to Jeff and Kimberly for share your experience.
I use the "record screen" tool, and use the "step-by-step slides" option. This is a demo version of a tutorial that teaches how to use a franchising system. In this example, I created a scenario where the girl answers the phone and uses the system to schedule the session, later she receives the payment.
