I thought I'd take an interesting (...to me, anyway!) encyclopedia article and add in images and additional information to help set the scene and offer interesting extra knowledge.
I wrote a little bit about my process and included a template file over at my blog:

I love flipping this to add the extra images and 'fun facts' to the longer content. Really expands on the material for the learner to make it more engaging!
