Number 9 caught my attention "Only work for clients you genuinely respect" Really? And what would 'Respect' entail?- Daniel, it's not too different from the same reasons you'd respect or want to be around another person. Things to consider: Do you like what they do? Do they produce something of quality or interest that you'd be proud to be associated with? Do they treat you and others well? Do they communicate clearly and with care? Do they pay fairly? Are they honest and straightforward? Do you (or would you) enjoy working with them because of all of the above?
- Agree - I've broken up with clients because 1 - they didn't compensate me fairly for my efforts and 2 - I didn't feel good about working with them.
