The Transtheoretical Model (TTM) of Behaviour Change is an interdisciplinary model used in addiction, healthcare, fitness, etc. I've chunked a high-level overview it into an accordion that offers strategies for fitness professionals.
In a real course, I'd probably use this as a precursor to case study scenarios :)

Very nice! I liked how you used the B&W photos behind the accordion. I think these types of models need another step at the end...maybe something like "Recommitment". I've been in Maintenance for 20 years and now things don't really work like they used to! It's hard loop back to the middle of the process and find new things that work.

I agree with you that this model could use a refresh, it's almost 50 years old and there's been significant advancement in aging since then (life expectancy, quality of life, increase of active aging adults). 6+ months is a blip given more aging adults are active than ever and exercise crosses numerous life events.
