If a standard 2D button set isn't quite working for you, why not build a button set in MS Paint 3D?

I've included the original 3D models in the resources tab, if you would like to adapt them for your own projects. There are also two use cases for this design in the demo - an experimental Pick One and Pick Many quiz.
