Hi everyone. I built an ADA friendly button set with high color contrasts and text size. I added a hover sound state that can be turned on and off.

Beautiful. What are your thoughts on how to orient the icon? Right or left? I always go right, but is there a theory on this?
- KarinLorbeck3 years agoCommunity MemberGood question and observation that I have icons on both sides and mostly on the right. I did not give it much thought. I just did a quick google search and learned that icons should be on the left for left-to-right reading languages. It makes it easier for the user to scan. Exceptions are buttons like "Next"and "Forward", where placing the icon on the right helps guide the user. I will update my demo. Thanks!
