Interesting. I like how when you click on the bars you get more information. Those pages were quite nice. I don't understand the math behind the dials. Why does turning the dials to different place result in more or less bars in an area. Why do some components affect one bar over the other more?

Hi Ron. A quick answer for math. The goal is to propose different symptoms (which I found to define each "burn out") that the learner feels and can choose with each thematic dials. If he chooses more symptoms of "Brown-out" than "Bore-out", the Brown bar is higher than the Bore bar. But if he chooses 30% Burn-out, 30% Bore-out and 30% Brown-out symptoms, the bars are equal.
